Spare Coffee Break Minutes
Occupy the downtime that remains of your designated coffee break tasks. What are those last and few minutes to spare good for (aside from the items of) a to-do/honey-do list? Since we have recently cleared the desk drawer and/or a file cabinet of an executive clutter - where should the Java focus be directed today? For example, do you have bare desk spaces that scream monotone? Firstly, have you sipped the coveted lofat cup of Java yet? Secondly, have you taken the time to congratulate yourself on any completed efforts so far? Could your workspace benefit from an award certificate or an elaborate yet color-printed plant? Do you have a pretty plant on your desk (or anywhere else in your cube)?
If you are not a vegetation buff, there are several 3D sculptural patterns online that await their place within your vacant cubicle space. The simple search and scan will utilize @least five free minutes of your coffee break schedule.
Additionally, the "Out to Lunch" *sign would look best on a decorative paper sculpture. A task chair that displays your "Out for the Day" *sign has more of a tasty Java savor, if the text were on blank spaces within created shapes - rather than a drab monitor sheet.
Attach a color-printed cutout (backed w/a sticky note) of your favorite digital pic to make appetizing JavaCoffee messages pop. The lazy pet on vacation or a snapshot of your usual Java mug, kindly displaying an "Out Sick" *sign effectively describes your obvious plight to have missed it that day and still offers a personnel touch.
However you decide to utilize @ least ten minutes of *spare coffee break time and sweeten your space - Don't forget to Have a Happy Java Day! MB
